Principal Director's Message

"On the road to success, the rule is always to look ahead..." It gives
me an immense sense of happiness and honor to announce that
Ideal Public School is all set to commence its new session with renewed enthusiasm and commitment to impart quality 360 degree education to its extra inquisitive learners. For the new session I look forward to incorporating meaningful and modern pedagogic insights rendered by our extremely competent faculty With the changing paradigms of education which hold no space for rote learning and passive listening, we will continue to provide our students with opportunities and situations that facilitate them to exhibit their hidden potential to the fullest. I strongly believe that today's generation has an unquenchable thirst to seek knowledge that cannot be satiated by traditional methods of teaching.

Ideal Public School with an infrastructure confirming to global standards and an array of opportunities to tap on individual talent is all set to edify the young learners keeping in view a synchronous growth of their body, mind and soul.At the outset of a new session, I would request all parents to gift their children with their "time that by far remains the best present. In my recent interactions with parents I have laid emphasis on the importance of their presence rather that their presents and I continue to stress upon the significance of quality time spent together. I also wish to sensitize the parents to not burden the children with their own patronizing ambitions and longings. Children in all honesty want supportive they wish to be. For this purpose we request you to partner with us and join hands to provide our children with effective tools of learning that help them to make their own identify rather than be predecessors of geniuses. e hands that can assist them to identify their own latent talent and groom them to be what I also appeal to my teachers to focus on each and every child monitor and mentor them, appreciate their achievement and encourage them to overcome their shortcomings. I urge all the teachers to create appropriate, meaningful and participative learning situations, inculcating life skills in the impressionable children and appreciating their minutes efforts with all generosity and broadness of vision. And as the cliché goes, last but not the least, I expect all my IPEANS to focus on their cherished goal and strive hard to accomplish them transcending mediocrity and procrastination because like I always say "Be the best or different from the rest"... The choice is yours! Education should achieve three broad objectives. First, provide skills for professional growth. Second, provide life skills which include soft skills, maturity and emotional growth. Third, build a strong character for being a good human being and citizen. While it will be a mistake to say that India has completely failed to fulfil these objectives, a serious rethinking is required. The National curriculum framework, (NCF), the foundational document for elementary and secondary education forms the basis for national agencies like CBSE and NCERT to develop and administer school curricula. The recommendations in the NCF can at least, partially achieve the above three broad objectives that this article identifies. The government has further invited suggestions through the New Education Policy Group, but the existing volume of recommendations as well as the new one’s being sought, may still not deliver the reforms we need, primarily because of two sets of reason.
