Guidelines for granting fee concessions (2021-22)
Following condition and documents are necessary at the time of submission of form.
(Original Documents will be verified at the time of submission)

The School provides Fee Concessions to the students who belong to ‘Economically Weaker Section (EWS)’ of the society. The School under the guidelines of ‘Right to Education Act’ continues with its EWS scheme to help the needy students of the School and also to those students who have met with an casualty (untimely demise of a parent) and find difficult to continue with his/her education due to monetary constraints .


Salary Certificate from the Parents Employer (Father and Mother)(If mother is housewife, a certificate towards the same to be submitted).

Income certificate issued by a Revenue Officer/First Class Magistrate/SDM not below the rank of Tehsildar.

BPL /AAY Ration Card issued in the name of Parents (Mother/Father having name of the child is a must.).

Caste Certificate issued by City Magistrate/DM’s Office.

School Enrolment Certificate / Birth Certificate.

Attested copies of the Mark Sheet of Semester examination last appeared.

Copy of receipts of last fee deposited.

Bank Statement of Father and Mother (Last 01 Year duly certified by the Bank Manager).

Copy of Pan Card

Copy of Aadhar Card (Parents & Ward)

Residence Proof:(Voter ID Card,Copy of the latest Electricity bill/Telephone Bill / Water Bill)

Certificates of achievements in sports and co-curricular activities.

Guidelines

For the grant of Fee Concession, Session 2021-22 the recommendations of the Fee Concession Committee comprising of the School Principal, Secretary(Manager), SMC, and the PTA members will be taken into consideration. The recommended list of students will be approved by the School Managing Committee.

The students who get compartment in any of the subjects of the concerned academic year or fail to qualify promotion norms to the next higher class will be deemed as ineligible for fee concession under EWS scheme of the school.

The students belonging to SC/ST/OBC//Minority have to submit an undertaking on Stamp Paper of Rs. 10/-, duly attested by Public Notary that “he/she has not obtained or applied for grants/financial help for the same purpose from any other Ministry or Department of the Govt. of India or State Govt.” The applications of the candidates concealing the facts will automatically be cancelled.

In case of single parent (mother), necessary certificate (Death/Divorce) are to be appended.

The following points may also be noted to apply for fee concession:

The students who have been granted fee concession in previous years(s) are also required to submit fresh application on the prescribed form along with the Supporting Documents.

The students who are willing to apply for ‘Fee Concession’ under ‘Economically Weaker Section (EWS)’ scheme of the School are directed to submit their applications, complete in all respect as per the above mentioned guidelines in the office of the undersigned on or before the following dates:

Students studying in Primary School (PPI - V) And Sr School (VI-XII) - 05 April, 2021

Students who have taken admission in the academic session 2021-22 - 10 April, 2021

Incomplete applications or the applications received after the due date will be summarily rejected without any further information/clarification to the concerned candidate.

Students availing ‘Fee Concession’ for consecutive 02 years (2021-22 and 2022-23) are not eligible for applying.

Students wanting to avail ‘‘Fee Concession” under Sports and Games are to apply along with Certificate of Participation at National Level/International Level.

(INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL STUDENTS OF CLASS -X)

Internal Candidates :
All Internal Candidates OF CLS-X SCORING 90% and above in aggregate will be granted half Tuition Fee concession during their study in the school for the SESSION 2021-22 W.E.F 01 JULY

External Candidates (To Be Admitted):
All External Candidates WITH 90% and above in aggregate will also be granted half Tuition Fee concession during their study in the school for the ensuing session 2021-22 W.E.F 01 JULY

For continuation of the FEE concession, such students will have to score an aggregate of 85% AND ABOVE in the final cumulative results of class XI, failing which the fee concession will be discontinued.
