ADMISSION PROCEDURE

Following is the schedule for Pre Primary Admission (2026-27)

  • Eligibility Criteria : Age between 03 and 04 years as on 31 Mar 2026.
  • Admission Schedule
    • Advertisement in Newspaper : 29 July, 2026 and 30 July, 2026 -Times Of India, Hindustan Times, Dainik Jagran & Alive News
    • Commencement of Availability of Admission Forms : 27 March, 2026 to 02 April,2026

Parents can also apply online or download the form from the school website, http://idealpublicschool.org.in between 01 Aug, 2026 and 10 Aug, 2026.

  • Submission of duly filled in admission form : Between 01 Aug, 2026 – 11 Aug, 2026 Timings : 08.00 a.m. – 11.30 a.m. only
  • Interaction with Parents : 11 Aug, 2026 onwards(On completion of the registration process, Parents will be called for verification of documents within 7 to 8 working days)
  • Display of List of Selected Candidates : 16 Aug, 2026 onwards

The Admission lists will be displayed on the School Website as well as on the School Notice Board

  • Admission formalities : The formalities are to be completed within 03 days of the display of the final list, failing which the seats will be passed on to the candidate in the waiting list.
  • The date for displaying waiting list, if any : 21 Aug, 2026

Essential Documents

Following supporting documents duly attested are to be submitted at the time of submission of form :

  • Attested Date of Birth Certificate of the child.
  • Aadhar Card
  • Proof of Residence. (Ration Card/Voter ID/Aadhar Card/Electricity/Telephone Bill/Passport) (The above documents should be in the name of parents)
  • Relevant authentic Certificate in respect of SC / ST / OBC / EWS candidates. (The certificate must be issued by an Revenue Officer not below the rank of Tehsildar)
  • Medical Certificate of the child. (only for children with special needs)
  • Attested passing out certificate of Father & Mother. (At School level, Graduation & Post Graduation level)
  • Proof of Sibling. (Wherever applicable)
  • Proof of School Alumni. (Wherever applicable)
  • Vaccination Card (to be duly stamped by a qualified Pediatric).
Fee Withdrawals after Admission

If any parent or guardian, after depositing the full fee for admission of a child, chooses to withdraw the child from the school within one month from the date of admission, then the school shall retain Registration Charges, Admission Fee and Tuition Tee for one month only and shall refund the rest. In case any fee collected from the parent(s) or guardian of a child, whose admission is canceled subsequently due to non submission of original documents for verification by the due date, or if any, information or document submitted prove to be false or wrong, the entire fee except registration amount will be refunded.

Admission Methodology (Pre-Primary-I)
  • Dates of interactive session of shortlisted candidates will be informed via e-mail / courier and School Website.
  • Due to limited number of seats all applicants may not be accommodated.
  • The School is for Faridabad, Delhi residents only. The applicants should be residing within 03 to 07 km range. No forms will be issued or received after due date.

Fee Schedule and Rules for Session: 2026-27
  • It is the responsibility of the parent to pay the complete fee and any other charges by the due date and get the fee receipt. All fees must be paid by the Campus Care by Entab Infotech Pvt. Ltd. app on your Smartphone. The receipt of payment by Campus Care by Entab Infotech Pvt. Ltd. is digitally downloadable. Paying less amount by the due date is equivalent to late payment.
  • If you pay by draft at the school office or send to the class-teacher, the receipt of the fee shall be made available via Campus Care by Entab Infotech Pvt. Ltd. If you do not get the fee receipt within three working days, please contact the school via "Parent Desk" available on the school website and within the mobile app Campus Care by Entab Infotech Pvt. Ltd. or contact directly to School Campus.
  • Fee Schedule: The school for the academic session will be paid in monthly/quarterly/half yearly/yearly installments by 15th of the following dates.

Concessions
(a) Whole Year Fee Payment Concession:
  • The facility for whole year fee payment is given to make the payment system stress free for the parents. Parents can opt to pay the whole year's fee at one go, by 15 April 2026, for a concession of one month fee on the total amount.
  • Parent request for the same via "parent desk" and the fee structure on the Campus Care by Entab Infotech Pvt. Ltd. app shall be updated with the concessional whole year amount. Please make the requests latest by 10 April, 2026.
(b) Referral Concession:

For every admission referred by an existing parent – 5% concession on the admission fee may be granted for one whole session. Also, the new admission gets Rs. 1000/- concession on the admission fee.

(c) Sibling Concession in the School Fee:

For second child: 10%, for third child: 7% on Admission.

Payment System
  • Parents have to pay all fees through the school mobile app 'Campus Care by Entab Infotech Pvt. Ltd.' For any assistance in using the mobile app for fee payment, the parents may visit the school office between 8:30 am to 01:30 pm Monday to Saturday on all working days, or ring up the school office at 9667307666 and 9990000069.
  • Parents can also pay the fee at the school office or to the class teacher, via a bank draft during office hours, Monday to Saturday.
  • While sending a draft the parent must mention at the back of the draft the following: Student name, Admission Number, parent name, class, installment number, and mobile contact number.
  • Parents are welcome to pay the fee for any number of installments in advance.
Late Fee
  • After the due date has passed, the fee must be paid with the late fee fine as the amount appears on the 'Campus Care by Entab Infotech Pvt. Ltd.' app, or at the school office by demand draft during office hours; or demand draft should be sent to the class teacher through the child and receipt obtained within three days.
  • All fee concessions, including sibling concession, may be cancelled in case of repeated late fee more than twice.
  • Late fee fine: Rs. 50/- Weekly after the due date.
  • If the fee is not paid within two weeks of the due date, the teacher will be compelled to no longer undertake the education of the child and the child's name shall be struck off.
Transport Fee – 11 Months Policy
  • Please contact the school office (9667307666) for details of the transport fee as per location, from 8:30 am to 01:30 pm Monday to Saturday on all working days.
  • The transportation fee will follow the same monthly schedule as the tuition fee. For late payment, the parent will have to pay a fine of Rs. 50 per day. This fine will be in addition to any late tuition fee fine.
  • For availing the school transport service, the transport service registration form needs to be filled and submitted at the school office. The transport service is for the complete session and cannot be discontinued in mid-session. The whole session's transport service fee shall remain applicable.
Mid-Session Admission Fee Rules
  • In case of any admission during the mid-session, the preceding two fee installments shall be payable.
  • In case of any withdrawal during mid-session, the upcoming two fee installments shall be payable before the Transfer Certificate is issued.
  • The above two rules also apply to the transport fee or any other add-on fee.
  • Fee Amounts for students admitted to the school during session and later Grade Fee per month for session as per Annexure.
  • Refunds Policy: All fee is non-refundable.
  • The board class fee will be paid exclusively on quarterly basis by January at the end of the session year. The fee should be cleared in full for the hassle-free conduct of board exams.
  • If parents pay the fee in cash, then they can only pay Rs. 25,000/- at one time. Rest later.

  • Draw a Cheque or Demand Draft (DD) in the name of IDEAL PUBLIC SCHOOL payable at Faridabad.
  • Scan the QR code or Pay via VPA (UPI ID) through any payment app provided by the Accounts Department.
  • Fee will be accepted only in Cheque, Online mode as per rules and fee will be paid on Quarterly basis.
  • Cheque bounce charges are applicable if the Cheque is returned to us by the bank for any reasons. Fine Charge is Rs. 500/- Per Cheque.
